Q: What time do I check in?
A: Check in at the Welcome Center is between 9 am - 3 pm. Hotel check in time is 3 pm
Q: Can we upgrade the hotel accommodations?
A: In Daytona Beach, please feel free to ask the Welcome Center or you may ask directly at the front desk of your hotel. Please be aware there are additional fees to upgrade.
If you are traveling to Orlando, FL, your travel coordinator can assist you in upgrading your Orlando accommodations.
Q: How much is an extra room or an extra night?
A: An extra night would normally cost $100+ a night or $100+ for an extra room however; if you have registered for one of our promotions then you are entitled to receive a corporate rate/discount of only $89.
Q: Can we extend the time to travel on the vacation package?
A: Yes, the price does vary based on the season and price.
Q: When will I be touring the resort?
A: You attend the presentation the day after you check in. The Welcome Center will assist you in assigning a time for your presentation.
Q: What will happen if I don't show up for my tour or reservation?
A: If you are not actually able to arrive for your reservation, customer service will assist you in rescheduling your arrival date. If you do not attend the presentation after checking into your hotel, you will be charged the rack room rate for your accommodations.
Q: Why can't we travel with our friends/family? (Group Travel)
A: One of the stipulations of the promotional offers is that you and an acquaintance, friend or family member cannot travel on the same offer at the same time. However, if you would like to join them as a guest, you are more then welcome to.
Q: How many people can be in one room?
A: The maximum is 2 adults and 2 children or a family of 5. No more than five (5) people are allowed in one room due to the fire safety laws. You will need to rent a roll a way or cot directly from the hotel for the fifth person.

A: You will check in at the Welcome Center, the address is 100 E. Granada Blvd, Ormond Beach, FL 32174 and the Welcome Center phone number is 386-257-5735.
Q: What if I can't be at the Welcome Center by 3 p.m.?
A: Please contact the Welcome Center on your day of arrival, prior to 3 p.m., to inform them you will be arriving for your reservations. The Welcome Center phone number is 386-257-5735. The Welcome Center will check you in over the phone and provide directions to where you will need to proceed.
Q: What do I need to check in?
A: Please make sure you bring your driver's license or state issued ID and a valid major credit card. Check cards/debit cards are not accepted. If you and your significant other live together, you will need to provide proof that you live together.
